Return and Refund Policy

Quiritiq Containers is dedicated to customer satisfaction through the provision of quality shipping containers, modular cabins, portable structures, trailers, and other related products. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy clarifies the criteria on which requests for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund can be processed.

Your order becomes dependent on your accepting the following Terms when you place an order via our website.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order up to 24 hours from payment confirmation, as long as the order is not yet being processed, prepared, customized, dispatched, etc. After this period, logistics scheduling, supplier allocation, and/or order dispatch may have commenced, making it impossible for an order to be cancelled.

Return Policy

Due to the logistics of transporting and handling many of our products, we have very specific criteria that a product must meet in order to be eligible for return.

A product can be returned in any of the following scenarios:

  • The item delivered is not the same as the item ordered.
  • The product was damaged in transit and verified as damaged.
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.
  • The item was damaged when it was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, the customer must contact us with the following information within 48 hours of receiving the product:

  • Your order numbers
  • The item you received
  • Photographic evidence of the product in the condition you received it.
  • Description of why you want to return the product.

If you do not notify us within this time frame, you will not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Products

Generally speaking, the following items cannot be returned as per policy:

  • Customized container products or modified per order.
  • Special order units.
  • Used products (sold as-is).
  • Clearance items that have been discounted.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse by the customer, moving, or modifying the product.

Delivery Inspection Requirement

You must inspect your products right away when they arrive.

If you find any visible damage or missing accessories, or if you have issues with the delivery, please report them immediately after you receive the delivery.

Signing for the delivery and not reporting any visible issues may allow us to consider that you received the product in acceptable condition.

Refund Policy

We can only process refunds after inspecting the item returned and approving the return.

Refund Criteria:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment
  • We will typically process any requested refunds within 5-10 business days once approved
  • Shipping/delivery/lifting/crane/transportation fees are not refundable unless due to our error.

Return Transportation Costs

If you are requesting a return due to Quiritiq Containers-related issue, you must pay for return freight and delivery, as well as the cost to move the goods back to Quiritiq Containers. If you are returning a product due to an error on our part (wrong product sent, defective product that was confirmed by us), we will work with you to arrange return shipping.

If you receive a product in error or damaged by the carrier, please do not open/use the product; instead, contact our customer service department as quickly as possible to begin the claim process.

Our support team will review the claim and may offer:
  • Replacement
  • Repair solution
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (where applicable)
Return Exclusions: 

All returns that do NOT meet the following will NOT be eligible for full return/credit:

  • Incorrect product selection at the time of order
  • Change of mind (after the product has shipped)
  • Delays in shipping that occurred due to the freight provider
  • Minor deterioration due to normal wear as would be expected of used containers
